What is BOEJ about?

At BOEJ we believe that joy is worth spreading. That’s why we love to bring the happiness and luck with our Buddies of Eternal Joy. 

What does BOEJ mean?

BOEJ is an acronym for Buddies of Eternal Joy. The buddies are the stars on each of our items. They will accompany you  throughout your day so you’ll never be alone. Our buddies are a reminder to always listen to that little voice we all have within us. Whether it is warning us to keep us save or to crack us up with an inside joke, let the buddies be a reminder to always give space to that inner child. 
Where are you located?

We are a Dutch brand, based in The Netherlands. You know, the country known for its windmills, tulips and stroopwafels. Soon, also the country known for BOEJ.

Product & Sizing 

Are the apparel items unisex?

For now, all our items are unisex. We plan on expanding our product lines with gender specific items in the future.

What size should I get?

For every product we include a sizing chart for you to consult. Make sure to check this out to get the size that fits you best. Of course you are in charge to choose for a tighter fit or go for a more relaxed oversized look.

Will you stocking up on sizes bigger than XL?

Right now offer sizes small to extra large, due to our current manufacturing possibilities. Sizes on the bigger end of the spectrum are something we would love to offer in the future.

Where are the products made?

Our manufacturers are located all over the globe. Which one will craft your order depends on your geographic location. We aim to pick the closest one to you for efficiency and environmental reasons.

Shipping and returns

What is the estimated delivery time?

The estimated delivery time of your order consists of the estimated fulfillment time and the estimated shipping time. The fulfillment time is usually somewhere between 2 and 7 working days. The delivery time depends on your local shipping carrier. Please keep in mind that all orders are fulfilled upon request, therefore our delivery times are estimates and can vary.

Where is my order?

To check the status of your order, keep your tracking number at hand. The tracking number has been sent to you by email, with a link to track your order. If you missed it, please check your spam box.

How are orders shipped?

After you’ve placed your order, the order will be fulfilled in one of our partner manufactories. There your items will be made and shipped to get the buddies to you as soon as possible.

What are the shipping rates?

If you fill your basket with our items, at checkout the shipping rate will be presented. These can vary depending on your location and where our manufactory for a specific product is situated.

How long does it take before I receive my order?

As you know our products are made specifically for your order. It will take about 2 to 7 business for our manufactories to fulfill the order. Shipping time depends on your location and local shipping carriers. The buddies will arrive to you as soon as possible!

Why does my order arrive in different shipments?

At BOEJ our main priority is to provide you with the best possible selection of products. To achieve this we select manufacturers that are in line with this vision. We believe that we create the most value by getting your order to you as soon as possible, without adding an additional party in the supply chain just for bundling purposes. This means packages are shipped directly from the manufacturers and it might get to you in several shipments.

What if the size isn’t correct?

We’re sad to hear that you wish to return your order. Understand that all of our items are made for your specific order. Our return policy doesn’t cover products ordered in the wrong size. Because of that, we won’t be able to issue you a refund for the order. Make sure to check the sizing chart when placing your order. Thank you for understanding.

What if my item(s) arrive(s) damaged?

We strive to deliver your order in pristine state. However, if your item arrives damaged, we’re sorry to hear that. In that case let us know within 10 days upon arrival. Our team will look into the case, so be sure to share a detailed description of the problem and add quality photos where we can see the issue. We’ll be happy to assist.

What if I regret my purchase?

We’re sorry to hear that you wish to return your order. Understand that all of our items are made for your specific order. Our return policy doesn’t cover buyer’s remorse so we won’t be able to issue you a refund for the order. Thank you for understanding.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

To purchase your order at BOEJ we accept payments with several creditcards (Visa, Mastercard and American Express), iDeal, Bancontact, Shop pay, Apple pay, Google pay and PayPal (express checkout).

What currencies can I use?

In our shop prices are always shown in EUR.

I am experiencing payment problems, what to do?

We support a number payment methods. If one doesn’t work out, please select another payment method and try again. 

Do you sell gift cards?

At the moment we are developing our gift cards. In the future you will be able to spread a little more joy with your loved ones through these gift cards.
